Terms and Conditions

1. About Bednbody
Bednbody coordinates home massage and wellness services through affiliated independent contractors. Bednbody connects clients with therapists and coordinates rider support when transportation is needed. Bednbody does not directly provide massage or transport services.

2. Bookings
A client must provide accurate service address, contact number, requested service, schedule, access instructions, and information reasonably needed for safety. A request is not confirmed until Bednbody communicates confirmation through an authorized channel. Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, distance, access, availability, emergencies, or other conditions.
3. Wellness service
Services are for relaxation and general wellness. They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, emergency care, or a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional. A therapist may decline, modify, pause, or stop a service when it may be unsafe, inappropriate, outside the therapist’s training, or inconsistent with professional boundaries.
4. Prices and cash payment
Current Bednbody operations accept cash only. The client must review the confirmed price before booking and pay the confirmed cash amount at the time communicated for the booking. Optional gratuity is voluntary.
5. Cancellations
A client may cancel a booking without a cancellation fee. Bednbody encourages early notice so the affiliated therapist and rider can be informed. Bednbody may cancel or reschedule when it cannot safely or reasonably provide the service.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking and location information
- Keep the service location lawful, accessible, private, and safe
- Be available at the confirmed address and time
- Treat therapists, riders, and Bednbody personnel with respect
- Secure pets, hazards, dangerous items, and personal belongings
- Pay the confirmed cash price for a service that is provided
The client is responsible for injury, danger, property damage, or loss caused by the client’s pet to an affiliated independent contractor or the contractor’s property, to the extent allowed by law.
7. Professional boundaries
Sexual services, sexual requests, harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, intoxicated misconduct, illegal activity, recording without permission, and unsafe conduct are prohibited. A therapist or rider may leave when there is a reasonable safety concern.
8. Therapist and rider assignment
Bednbody may assign or replace an available affiliated independent contractor rider based on location, availability, qualifications, safety, and operational needs. A client may request a preferred therapist, but availability is not guaranteed. If a therapist becomes unavailable, Bednbody may offer another suitable therapist. The substitute proceeds only after client approval. If it is not approved, the booking will not proceed and no cancellation fee will be charged.
9. Communication and privacy
Therapists and riders may communicate with clients only on behalf of Bednbody and only for booking, dispatch, arrival, access, and service coordination. Client contact details may not be used for private services, unrelated communication, competing business, or redirecting a client away from Bednbody. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints and law
Send concerns to contact@bednbody.ph with booking details and the requested resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
Bednbody may update these Terms when services, operations, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this public address with a revised effective date.
