Data Deletion Instructions

Clients, affiliated independent contractors, independent contractor applicants, Messenger users, and other people may ask Bednbody to delete personal information connected with them.

1. Email request

Send an email to contact@bednbody.ph with the subject Bednbody Data Deletion Request. State whether the request concerns a client booking, contractor record, affiliation request, Messenger conversation, or another Bednbody interaction.

Provide only enough information to locate the record, such as your full name, mobile number used with Bednbody, Facebook name or Messenger identity, approximate booking or interview date, and a short description of what you want deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full identity documents, bank information, or unnecessary sensitive information in the first request.

2. Messenger request

You may send the message Delete my Bednbody data through an official Bednbody Facebook Page or relevant Messenger conversation. We may move the request to email when reasonable verification is needed.

3. Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to confirm identity and prevent unauthorized deletion. Verification will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.

4. What happens next

  1. We aim to acknowledge the request within five business days.
  2. We verify the requester when necessary.
  3. We locate information in relevant systems and records.
  4. We delete, anonymize, or restrict eligible information.
  5. We aim to complete a verified request within thirty days when reasonably possible.

5. Information we may retain

Deletion is subject to Philippine law. We may retain limited information needed to complete a service, comply with tax or legal obligations, protect safety, prevent fraud, resolve a complaint, or establish or defend a legal claim. When retention ends, we will delete or anonymize the information.

6. Effects of deletion

Deletion may remove booking history, preferences, application progress, interview records, communication history, or access to related features. Deleting Bednbody records does not automatically delete information independently held by Meta, Google, a device provider, or another service.
