1. About Bednbody
Bednbody coordinates home massage and wellness services in the Philippines through affiliated independent contractors. The responsible legal entity is BEDNBODY OPC. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@bednbody.ph.
2. Information we collect
For clients, this may include name, nickname, mobile number, email address, service address, access instructions, requested service, booking date and time, preferences, messages, feedback, safety information, and cash transaction records.
For affiliated contractors and applicants, this may include name, contact details, address, emergency contact, identity and verification information, qualifications, training, work history, availability, assignments, attendance, performance, compensation records, interview details, Messenger identity, and related messages.
Bednbody currently accepts cash only. Booking communications currently take place through official Bednbody Facebook Pages and Messenger. We do not collect or store digital payment account details for current bookings.
3. How we use information
- Create, confirm, manage, and complete bookings
- Coordinate clients, therapists, and riders
- Send arrival, delay, safety, cancellation, and support messages
- Evaluate contractor affiliation requests and schedule interviews
- Maintain Google Sheets logs, cash records, and internal reports
- Protect people, investigate complaints, prevent misuse, and comply with law
4. Sharing
We share information only when reasonably necessary with authorized Bednbody personnel, the therapist or rider assigned to a booking, interview personnel, technology and record providers such as Meta and Google, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required.
Therapists receive only booking information reasonably needed for the service. Riders receive address, access, and contact details when needed for transport, arrival, location, and safety.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only for a defined business or legal purpose. Booking records may be kept up to two years after the latest activity. Accounting records may be kept for at least five years when required by Philippine tax law. Applicant records may be kept up to twelve months after the latest affiliation activity. Longer retention may apply to unresolved complaints, safety matters, investigations, claims, or legal obligations.
We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Subject to Philippine law, you may request information about processing, access or correction, objection, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and deletion. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
